Vetting and Recruitment

The Recruitment and Vetting module in eZworkforce® enables the independent management of recruitment and vetting processes up to and in excess of BS7858 requirements.

Each applicant record contains its own integrated document management facility, enabling CV’s, right-to-work details, interview notes and electronic or scanned documents to be recorded electronically. Previous applicants and staff are quickly identified and ruled out from the recruitment process if they are not suitable.

Vetting and Recruitment modules are tightly integrated with Personnel Management and Compliance completely removing the need for manual entry or importing between systems.
